How We Coordinate

The Export Coordination Process

  1. Buyer Requirement Review

We begin by reviewing the required product, quality, quantity, packaging, destination, delivery terms and transaction requirements.

  2. Sourcing and Supply Coordination

Suitable producer, cooperative, aggregator or processor relationships are identified according to product availability and buyer requirements.

  3. Inspection and Preparation

Product condition, grading, moisture, packaging and other agreed quality requirements are reviewed before shipment preparation.

  4. Aggregation and Documentation

Commodity aggregation, commercial records and required export documentation are coordinated according to the transaction.

  5. Inland Logistics and Port Coordination

Transport, handling and port arrangements are coordinated with professional logistics and service partners.

  6. Shipment and Buyer Communication

Shipment progress and transaction documentation are communicated according to the agreed delivery terms.
